What types of training are on offer?

The Muay Thai Sangha Arts School is offering world wide two different programs:

1. The Muay Thai Sangha Fighting Arts (based on Muay Thai Boran and Muay Chaiya styles, Krabi-Krabong Thai Weapons and Silat Ground Fighting).

2. The Kshatria Sangham Internal Arts (based on Sangham Body Mechanics, Breathing Exercises and Meditation).

Do I need to book training before I come?

Yes, it is advisable that you let us know which course you would like to participate in so that we can inform you if there are spaces available. Additionally, you can contact us if you wish to discuss any training arrangements by email at: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

What will I learn on each course and how will I learn it?

Muay Thai Sangha Fighting Arts courses will increase your balance, co-ordination, power, speed and timing. Also you will learn counter-attacks and defensive techniques from different combat ranges.

With Kshatria Sangham Internal Arts you will learn how to neutralize an aggressor either standing up or on the ground, how to apply effective techniques to take the maximum advantage of your opponents balance. The meditation and breathing exercises, will help to increase awareness, concentration and health.

Ultimately each person will learn differently depending on their ability, however we are confident that if you put in the effort, you will improve 100%.

What makes the courses different from others?

Muay Thai Sangha Arts is one of the few world wide programs that blends Internal aspects with the training of Muay Thai Boran, Krabi-Krabong weapons and Silat Grappling.

We also keep the size of our courses small, so that we can personally ensure a very positive environment to learn where each student is provided with the highest quality of training.
