Do I need to book training before I come?
What will I learn on each course and how will I learn it?
Muay Thai Sangha Fighting Arts courses will increase your balance, co-ordination, power, speed and timing. Also you will learn counter-attacks and defensive techniques from different combat ranges.
With Kshatria Sangham Internal Arts you will learn how to neutralize an aggressor either standing up or on the ground, how to apply effective techniques to take the maximum advantage of your opponents balance. The meditation and breathing exercises, will help to increase awareness, concentration and health.
Ultimately each person will learn differently depending on their ability, however we are confident that if you put in the effort, you will improve 100%.
